1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dj47 ("dj47", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the dj47 website located at https://dj47.io, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, customer support, and any other features or services made available through the platform (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

• You must be a natural person (individual). Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of dj47, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously agreed to a self-exclusion arrangement with dj47.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

dj47 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete. Accounts confirmed to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be permanently closed, all funds returned to the deposit source where possible, and any winnings generated will be forfeited in full.

3 Account Registration & Verification

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on dj47. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the email address, mobile number, payment method, or device used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid payment method. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, dj47 may require you to submit the following documents before processing your first withdrawal or at any other time deemed necessary:

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your dj47 account credentials, including your username and password. We strongly recommend that you use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service, and that you enable any additional security features made available on the Platform.

dj47 will never contact you by email, live chat, phone, SMS, or any other channel to request your password, one-time PIN (OTP), or full payment card details. 5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dj47 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dj47 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at dj47's discretion from time to time.

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are deposited from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Deposits that cannot be verified as originating from an account in the player's own name will be reversed, and the player's account may be suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum transaction amounts: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted from time to time at dj47's discretion.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. All withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed with our support team. dj47 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on verification status and the payment provider.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute through your payment provider in respect of a genuine deposit to your dj47 account is a breach of these Terms. dj47 reserves the right to suspend your account immediately upon receipt of any such chargeback notification and to recover the disputed amount from your available account balance or by other lawful means.

Currency: dj47 operates exclusively in BDT. Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, and any applicable conversion fees are the responsibility of the player.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

dj47 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time of the offer and which form part of these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated, the following general bonus conditions apply to all dj47 promotional offers:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Players who are deemed to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to placing low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements, using prohibited betting strategies, or colluding with other players — will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited and their account may be permanently closed.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the dj47 Platform — including slot games, live casino games (Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack), instant games (Wheel, Money Coming), and sports betting markets (cricket, football, kabaddi) — are provided by third-party game studios and data providers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dj47 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on dj47, whether under your own name or under a false identity
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to deposit funds
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity
• Employing automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any other software to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Colluding with other players in any card game, live casino game, or betting market
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain — any winnings generated through exploitation of a known bug are void and must be returned
• Accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location through a VPN or proxy service
• Engaging in aggressive, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour towards dj47 staff or other players via any communication channel

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dj47 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from gambling activity on the Platform
• Loss of data, account access, or account balance due to technical failure, cyberattack, or force majeure events
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals due to third-party payment provider issues
• Inaccuracies in sports data, odds, or game outcomes caused by third-party data or software providers

dj47's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to dj47 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
